Wonderful Machine
help! i need an exercise routine!?
i have access to a full gym – so all the wonderful machines are available
i need a workout designed to help me loose weight in my torso (ie – belly, back, lovehandles) and loose girth in my arms, in otherwords i want lean muscles instead of stacked
i only have about forty five minutes in the morning for this
at home i’m beginning belly dancing and yoga, so that will help but i need a Curves-like routine in my morning workouts

I recommend lots of cardio. Hit the treadmill on an incline and walk and jog for about 25mins. and hit the stairmaster for 10mins. because the stairmaster makes you sweat alot. Oh make sure you are wearing a sweat band around your waist as tight as you can handle. Do that and you should shrink your waist in no time! I do it all the time. I got the results to prove it. Belly dancing and yoga are a great start as well!
