How do I set the time on these LED wrist watches?
hi, i just bought a LED wrist watch at ralph’s and i’m wondering how they work
when i bought it, it said 3:59, but it didn’t work, meaning it won’t change times(it didn’t go to 4:00)
it’s 8:36 right now and i dunno how to change it
