You could try Chapes JPL. They advertise on TV, and claim to pay decent for such items. I’d go to 3 or 4 of jewelry stores have have them look at it to see how much they value it at. If possible, get a quote so that you can take it back to the one that offers the best price. You can also try craigslist or ebay.
