Jump rope to reach my goals ( reduce fat) (10 pts) ?
ok pls tell me if this is any good…i had a gym membership and ive been going to the gym but then i broke my hand in the start of summer and ever since i still haven t reached the gym. But now my hands getting all better so im going to do jump rope cardio at home everyday and go to the gym 3-4 times a week.
started 2 days ago…
I wear 10 lbs ankle weights on each leg and use my jump rope but i wait til the clock second hand comes to 45 and i skip fastt avg. 30-40 skips for 15 secs and the next 45 secs i take a break and then 15 secs of fast skips and then break for 45 ..etc do this for about 20 mins.

but im gonna start going to the gym again what should i do, do i still do jump rope cardio at home and cardio at the gym ?
- should i lower my calorie intake ?
- to lose fat and build muscle ? – do i do small reps but heavy weight ?
- SORRY ITS LONG…. ANY HELP WOULD BE NICE THNX 
Do the cardio at home but also in the gym. You dont have to do that much cardio in the gym, but more weight training. Like 20-30 min. cardio and then weight training.
Eat healthier foods, you shouldn’t go on a low-calorie diet, cause it will ruin your metabolism. Fill up on healthy foods.
