Long case Grandfather Clock?

I have an old grandfather clock that is rope driven. The pulley that the rope goes around has about 8 spikes round the inside of the pulley that the rope get caught on allowing the weight to drop down the inside of the case at a given speed, regulating the pendulum. Could anyone tell me what this pulley is called as the spikes on mine have worn down to little more than bumps consequently when you try to wind the clock the rope has nothing to grip onto and the weight just falls to the floor.

If anyone out there could tell me what it’s called, and where I could buy one I would very much appreciate it.
